Think that too much and too little is harmful for your health. Just eat right. Think of the amount of calories that you are eating.

Try to switch on eating more fruits and vegetables. That would be very good for your health and light on your diet. The fast way to lose weight would be what you put on your tummy. So be sure to strengthen your will especially your cravings with sweet, fried and fatty foods. You know that you need to avoid them or else you would just be wasting all of your efforts and desire to lose weight. Of course this method would be missing without a partner which is exercise. A simple cardio exercise would be the best way to get rid of those stored fats and burn all the calories that you ate. This may be a difficult method that needs a lot of hard work but you will surely succeed as long as you have the loyalty to your diet program and you are disciplined enough to commit and do this in a long term manner.
