When we want to lose weight of course food would be the major issue. You need to select the right kind of food which is low in calories and healthy for you. But that doesn't mean that you need to eat the same food over and over again. That would be a bit difficult on your end. Maybe when you see the same food over and over again you would have the feeling of wanting to throw up. This would make you give up more on losing weight.

You need to eat a balanced diet. Don't eliminate all of your carbohydrates because they are your source of carbohydrates. Balance the amount of vegetables, protein and carbohydrates that you are consuming. Don't make it an instant change from your previous routine to a new one you might get shocked with the fast changes with your body's daily routine.

After you have fixed your daily diet, work on your daily activities or your daily exercise. You still need to burn of the fats that you have in your body and you also need to work on your figure. It would be best to tone up and shape your body so that you can strengthen it with muscles and you can build up a better body. To sum it all up, you just need to work on your diet and exercise for you to lose weight but don't make it to hard for yourself so that you can make it for a lifetime.
